IMPORTANT SAFETY RECALL

Dear Valued Customer

Sauna360 is the supplier of Radiant Health saunas. The safety and satisfaction of Radiant Health’s customers are our top priority. We’re reaching out regarding an important safety notice about a Radiant Health product our records indicate you have previously purchased. Please review the information below carefully.

Infrared Sauna Products: Stop Use Notification and Planned Voluntary Recall of Installed/Delivered Saunas

Sauna360 is suspending shipments of certain Radiant Health infrared saunas. This includes all product lines that have been sold by Radiant Health since January 2013

Sauna360 has applied for Fast Track status with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) for a voluntary recall of these products to address a potential fire risk due to a possible short-circuit condition.

Next Steps

  • Once the recall and proposed remedy are approved, Sauna360 will provide additional instructions on how you can schedule free service to install an additional safety mechanism. Do not use your sauna until the remedy is approved and installed. We expect the remedy to be approved in the coming weeks and installation to follow as soon as possible.

If you have any questions, please contact us at recall@sauna360.com.

We apologize for this inconvenience and are working as expeditiously as possible on this matter. Thank you for your support.

Sincerely,
The Sauna360 Team

1. About the safety notice

Customer safety is our highest priority. Sauna360, the manufacturer of Radiant Health Elite and Pause saunas, has issued a Stop Use Notification and is pursuing a voluntary recall with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) to address a potential fire risk caused by a possible short-circuit condition in certain infrared sauna models shipped before August 1, 2026. If you own an affected sauna, please stop using it until the approved remedy has been installed. Sauna360 will contact affected customers directly with next steps as the process progresses.

Sauna360 has issued a Stop Use Notification and has applied for Fast Track status with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) for a voluntary recall. Until the recall is officially approved, we are referring to this as a Safety Notice. Although it is described as a voluntary recall, you do not need to ship your sauna anywhere - the remedy comes to you and is installed on-site by licensed technicians once it is ready. We will update this page as new information becomes available.
The Stop Use Notification applies to Radiant Health infrared saunas - including the Elite and Pause lines - manufactured by Sauna360 and shipped before August 1, 2026.

The remedy involves installing an additional safety device and is a quick service - typically under an hour per unit. Sauna360 will coordinate scheduling with you directly, including whether you need to be present, and will share details as the remedy program launches.
Sauna360 currently expects the remedy to be approved during August 2026, with installations beginning as soon as possible after approval. Customers will receive updates directly from Sauna360.
There is no deadline at this time. Because this addresses a potential safety issue, we do encourage you to stop using your sauna now and to schedule the remedy as soon as it becomes available. Sauna360 will contact you with next steps.
For your safety, we strongly recommend having the remedy installed and not using your sauna until then. If you have questions or concerns, please contact Sauna360.
