Use Instructions

Far-infrared saunas provide a gentle, soothing warmth that warms the body directly, rather than just heating the surrounding air. Unlike traditional high-heat saunas, far-infrared wavelengths deeply penetrate the skin, delivering a comforting heat that may support circulation (Miyamoto et al., 2018, PMC6263304), encourage muscle relaxation (Beever, 2009, PMC2920462), and promote a deep, refreshing sweat (Gagnon et al., 2016, PubMed 26857237).

Research suggests that infrared heat works in harmony with the body's natural thermoregulation process, (Scoon et al., 2007, PubMed 17267744), gently encouraging perspiration while supporting cardiovascular function (Kihara et al., 2004, PubMed 15522955) and assisting in post-activity recovery (Szygula et al., 2014, PubMed 25705824). Unlike steam or dry heat saunas, far-infrared saunas create a more comfortable, deeply relaxing environment, allowing you to experience warmth that envelops and restores.

20-30 minutes is the recommended duration for beginners' infrared sauna sessions, though more experienced users may increase to 25-45 minute sessions once acclimatized.
The ideal range for far infrared therapy is between 120F and 149F. Whether you prefer a gentle warmth or a more intense session, you're still in the optimal zone.
Simply click the on/off button on the control panel on the exterior of your Radiant Health Sauna and press it until the green light above the interface turns off.
To keep your sauna in excellent condition, follow these care tips:
  • Use towels on the bench and over the entire floor to keep the sauna looking beautiful and brand new. Towels covering the bench and floor absorb sweat and prevent sweat stains on the light coloured hemlock.
  • Use a hand towel to wipe sweat. It makes the sauna session more comfortable and prevents sweat dripping.
  • Remove sweaty towels after each sauna session and wash them. Bring fresh towels in for each sauna session.
  • Wipe the walls, bench, and door handles with a damp (not wet) cloth every month or so, or every few weeks.
  • Vacuum the sauna when it needs it.
  • Clean the glass with a light vinegar water spray. Ensure the vinegar is highly diluted with water, spray the cloth outside of the sauna, and then wipe the glass. Avoid spraying anything inside the sauna so the smells don't get into the wood.
  • Don't use any chemical cleaners, use only natural products, preferably unscented all-natural products or just water on a damp cloth to clean.
Hydrate beforehand and follow the basics we discussed for temperature, maintenance, and session length. Most importantly, make the experience your own. Whether it's a self-care ritual, quiet meditation, or another personal approach, embrace your sauna time as a unique part of your wellness journey. Benefits

Where traditional saunas warm your body by heating the air around you, our far-infrared saunas streamline the process by diving in to raise your core temp directly with innovative far-infrared carbon flow heaters.
Our ultra-low EMF saunas contain a near-undetectable level of EMF. To ensure you can use our saunas with peace of mind, we have had independent testing done on every sauna model to ensure that your sessions are as safe as possible.
VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) are harmful chemicals, like formaldehyde, that can seep into the air from low-quality wood, glue, or paint in saunas. We prioritize your safety by eliminating VOCs from our production process and thoroughly testing to ensure the safest sauna experience possible.
Far-infrared saunas create a soothing and restorative space, offering gentle, penetrating warmth that supports relaxation, circulation, recovery, and overall well-being. Unlike traditional saunas that rely on intense heat, infrared saunas work at a more comfortable, enveloping warmth, allowing you to experience a deep and refreshing sweat while feeling fully at ease.

How Infrared Sauna Sessions May Support Well-Being:

Encourages Healthy Circulation & Cardiovascular Function
Research suggests that far-infrared heat may promote blood flow and support heart health, creating an effect similar to moderate exercise. (Kihara et al., 2004, PubMed 15522955; Hussain et al., 2012, PubMed 22089658).

Supports Muscle Relaxation & Recovery
Infrared warmth may help ease muscle tension and encourage recovery after movement by promoting circulation and relieving tightness. (Szygula et al., 2014, PubMed 25705824; Beever, 2009, PMC2920462).

Promotes a Deep, Cleansing Sweat
Studies suggest that infrared therapy can gently activate the body's natural thermoregulation process, leading to a deep and refreshing sweat—even at lower temperatures. (Scoon et al., 2007, PubMed 17267744; Gagnon et al., 2016, PubMed 26857237).

Encourages Relaxation & Stress Relief
The gentle warmth of infrared saunas has been associated with a calming effect, helping to release tension and support deep relaxation. (Beever, 2009, PMC2920462).

Nurtures Skin Health & Radiance
Research suggests that infrared therapy may support circulation and promote a natural glow, leaving the skin feeling refreshed. (Parihar et al., 2015, PubMed 26180741).

Step into warmth, breathe deeply, and experience the restorative benefits of infrared therapy for yourself.

For many, an infrared sauna is more than a purchase - it's a way to invest in long-term well-being and daily renewal. Whether you're looking to unwind, recover after movement, or carve out space for deep relaxation, an infrared sauna provides a gentle yet powerful way to reconnect with yourself and recharge.

Unlike traditional saunas, infrared heat works at a soothing temperature while still encouraging deep, cleansing sweat and promoting relaxation. Research suggests that regular infrared sauna use may support circulation (Kihara et al., 2004, PubMed 15522955), help the body recover from physical activity (Szygula et al., 2014, PubMed 25705824), and aid the body's natural cooling and detoxification processes (Scoon et al., 2007, PubMed 17267744).

For those who prioritize well-being, an infrared sauna offers a nurturing space to restore balance, recharge energy, and feel revitalized - right from the comfort of home.
