An update about your sauna from Radiant Health's CEO
Posted by Peter Lukomskyj on 2026 Aug 29th
To everyone who has welcomed a Radiant Health sauna into their lives: you brought something into your space to feel better, and I apologize that it’s become a cause for concern.
Three weeks ago, we asked you to stop using your Radiant Health sauna. We did not make this request lightly. We take your safety with the utmost seriousness, and there is a protective reason for this notification: our supplier identified that, in rare cases, a short circuit can occur, creating a potential risk of fire. No wellness routine is worth compromising your peace of mind, and we appreciate your patience as we take the necessary time to ensure the approved remedy is tested and secure.
There are three phrases on our website: Sauna Culture. Elevated Wellness. Uncompromising Safety. I want to write to you about the third one because it matters most.
I purchased my first sauna from Radiant Health in 2014, and when the opportunity arose, my friends and I invested because we believed in its mission. We saw a company that was making lives better, and we were determined to preserve that purpose as Radiant Health grew.
Here is where things stand and our projected roadmap of next steps.
Sauna360, our supplier, is currently finalizing the technical details of the remedy in direct coordination with federal regulators to secure all necessary approvals. Sauna360 is directly running the recall process. Much of the timeline is in their hands and with regulators.
While our specialized partners must perform the physical repairs, it is the Radiant Health name on the door of your sauna, and we will remain your advocate throughout this process.
The process
To get a safe solution to you as quickly as possible, our supplier entered the U.S. and Canadian recall processes, including CPSC’s “Fast Track” recall program. The Fast Track program is designed for businesses that are prepared to implement a corrective-action plan, which helps get a safe solution to you sooner. Because these are strict federal processes, we must move one step at a time. No repairs can be finalized or scheduled until regulators sign off on the safety protocols. While we wait for this official green light, we are preparing so that the moment we are cleared to proceed, we can move with speed and care.
Your safety remains my top priority. Don’t use your sauna. Please do not attempt to open, inspect, or troubleshoot the electrical parts yourself. Let Sauna360’s trained professionals handle the technical work safely for you.
What happens next
First and foremost, you can expect to receive timely updates from me directly.
Sauna360 will contact you directly with next steps after approval of the remedy by regulators.
Thank you for your patience and for staying with us through this. You trusted us once. I intend to make sure you’re glad you did.
With respect and gratitude,
Peter Lukomskyj
