Update on CPSC schedule

I am committed to sharing information as it becomes available regarding your Radiant Health sauna. As previously communicated, we advised customers to stop using their saunas due to a potential risk of fire caused by a short circuit. Your safety remains the top priority. We understand that the stop-use notice has caused concern, and your patience during this process is greatly appreciated.

We expect a Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announcement on September 17 that will detail next steps in the remediation process.

Sauna360 is finalizing discussions with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) concerning the proposed technical solutions.

Following the CPSC announcement that is currently planned for September 17, customers can expect communication from Sauna360 with further instructions, and you will continue to hear directly from me.
