On September 17, owners of Radiant Health Elite and Pause infrared saunas should have received an email from our supplier Sauna360 detailing next steps for the repair of your Radiant Health sauna.

Important Radiant Health Sauna Recall Notice: The free in-home repair for affected units, which includes all Elite and Pause infrared saunas, has been approved by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada. Please visit the link here to learn more and enroll through Sauna360.

Please follow these directions closely to ensure Sauna360’s recall administrator can appropriately coordinate the authorized technician who will apply the approved remedy for your sauna. We understand that the model numbers listed in the recall notice may not match the model number provided for your sauna. However, the recall applies to all Radiant Health Elite and Pause infrared saunas supplied by Sauna360 and shipped before August 1, 2026.

The free in-home repair will be installed by an authorized technician at no cost to you. Please do not attempt to install the remedy yourself, even if you receive a kit that includes instructions.

Sauna360’s recall administrator will coordinate scheduling of the authorized technician scheduling. You will receive additional information about this from Sauna360 or its recall administrator following enrollment completion.
