Getting a home sauna had been on our wishlist for a couple of years, and we are so happy with our purchase from Radiant Health. My husband works in the fire service and we have come to learn how beneficial sauna use can be for detoxing. With the founder being a retired firefighter, we knew our need for a safe, low EMF sauna would be understood and, after researching many companies, felt that Radiant Health was the superior choice. From the moment we contacted Radiant Health we knew we were in good hands. The team was not sales-y in any way. They were knowledgeable, kind, and went above and beyond in helping us realize this dream of having a sauna in our home. Robbin is who we worked with. The delivery process was smooth, the installation was as simple as it can get, and the quality of the sauna is top-notch.

I received my order earlier than expected and started the assembly almost immediately. The assembly went as planned and any questions I had was answered by Shannon and her engineers by a return call. The company's prompt response caught me off guard because I am accustomed to other well known dealers response time of days rather than Radiant hours. The product operated as advertised and I enjoyed my initial use on completion of assembly. I have enjoyed consistent problem free use of my Sauna and I an anticipating a lifetime of use. The controls are easily accessible and simple to use weather you are in or out of the sauna and i am in love with the delay start which allows me to continue with my work and have the session ready at my choosing insted of having to wait for the sauna to warm up. My only regret is not purchasing it several years ago.

Shorter than expected ship time. Easy set up (2 people best). Heats up easy and quickly. No “off-gassing”. Wonderful experience.

I love this sauna. It was easy to put together and heats up fast and all over. I had a basic question and Radiant customer service was very responsive. Speakers and radio are great and allow me to relax and I truly feel like I’m in a sauna. I borrowed a Flir camera and the heat is Every where! So happy I purchased a Radiant Health sauna! Luv the low EMFs and I don’t miss having Bluetooth as I’m totally ‘checked out’ from the outside and totally adds to the experience.

Very nice sauna. Quick to heat up. Produces plenty of heat at 149 degree F. I always get a great sweat. Great looking addition to my condo. I highly recommend this company, the products are first class.

Excellent sauna construction and performance. The only issue and what kept me from giving it a 5 star rating is the radio. The radio has very small station buttons located on the front bottom edge that is awkward to operate and the radio has a very poor receiver system. Most stations are week no matter the antenna you use. Kenwood is know for this.

I would give 4.75 stars if that was an option . I have been looking at saunas and researching them now for over a year I finally pulled the trigger with no regrets. The fit and finish of this sauna is top notch! The buying experience was pleasant with the sales person took their time being extremely detailed to make sure I was getting the correct sauna and then walking me through the delivery process. I have two relatively minor criticisms. 1.the bench seat moves and rattles slightly when sitting on it initially. 2. The radio in the sauna is not very intuitive when it comes to the controls. Additionally, there’s no external jack outside of the sauna to plug your phone or other device in. Once again, I’m very happy with the sauna and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to a friend or buy again.

Working with sales person (Lynn) was great. The unit arrived in perfect condition. Assembly was easy and the unit works wonderfully. Any questions we had were answered quickly and completely by support (Istvan). We are very pleased!

We bought and received a 2 person sauna a month or so ago and love it. A great sweat every time. Easy to build and very sturdy. We have had friends and family over to give it a try and now they are very interested in buying one for their houses.
