I love this sauna. It was easy to put together and heats up fast and all over. I had a basic question and Radiant customer service was very responsive. Speakers and radio are great and allow me to relax and I truly feel like I’m in a sauna. I borrowed a Flir camera and the heat is Every where! So happy I purchased a Radiant Health sauna! Luv the low EMFs and I don’t miss having Bluetooth as I’m totally ‘checked out’ from the outside and totally adds to the experience.

Very nice sauna. Quick to heat up. Produces plenty of heat at 149 degree F. I always get a great sweat. Great looking addition to my condo. I highly recommend this company, the products are first class.

Excellent sauna construction and performance. The only issue and what kept me from giving it a 5 star rating is the radio. The radio has very small station buttons located on the front bottom edge that is awkward to operate and the radio has a very poor receiver system. Most stations are week no matter the antenna you use. Kenwood is know for this.

I would give 4.75 stars if that was an option . I have been looking at saunas and researching them now for over a year I finally pulled the trigger with no regrets. The fit and finish of this sauna is top notch! The buying experience was pleasant with the sales person took their time being extremely detailed to make sure I was getting the correct sauna and then walking me through the delivery process. I have two relatively minor criticisms. 1.the bench seat moves and rattles slightly when sitting on it initially. 2. The radio in the sauna is not very intuitive when it comes to the controls. Additionally, there’s no external jack outside of the sauna to plug your phone or other device in. Once again, I’m very happy with the sauna and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to a friend or buy again.

Working with sales person (Lynn) was great. The unit arrived in perfect condition. Assembly was easy and the unit works wonderfully. Any questions we had were answered quickly and completely by support (Istvan). We are very pleased!

We bought and received a 2 person sauna a month or so ago and love it. A great sweat every time. Easy to build and very sturdy. We have had friends and family over to give it a try and now they are very interested in buying one for their houses.

We’ve been using the sauna for a month now and truly enjoy it. The sauna arrived in a couple of weeks (fast!). It heats up to temp in 30 or so mins. The lights work well and radio/speakers are decent. Quality of the wood is top-notch. There is room for my wife and I to sit next to each other comfortably. I’m of above-average strength and can confirm it takes 2 people to move the pieces upstairs and/or put the sauna together. Putting on the front panel (with glass door) was particularly difficult, requiring significant effort and multiple attempts to align the locking mechanisms. All that said, I’m glad we made this investment in our health and am appreciative to Radiant Health for making a great product.

Every person has there own unique what's and needs out of an at home sauna. But if you are looking for a low EMF, quality, effective and easy to assemble and disassemble 2 person sauna that works on your standard outlet, this is the best out there in my option.

This is an excellent product, the fit and finish is beautifully designed and works well. There was a slight issue upon delivery - a damaged panel. I was able to contact to the company, who was extremely helpful, apologetic, and courteous to solving our issue. The workers were informative and knowledgeable in answering all questions and giving helpful tips. Overall, I highly recommend this product to all.
