INFRARED SAUNA WARRANTY
Radiant Health warrants our Elite Line of Infrared saunas (warranted products) against malfunction or defects in materials or workmanship for the period of time and in accordance with the conditions set forth below:
This warranty applies only when the product is installed according to Radiant Health printed instructions, properly maintained, and not subjected to misuse or abuse.
Lifetime Limited Warranty on the Carbon Flow Emitters for Residential Use: Radiant Health or its authorized representative will provide parts to replace manufacturing or workmanship defects for the lifetime of the product from the date of purchase, including freight for the first five years. For the period beyond 5 years, the customer pays the freight. Warranty items may have to be inspected at the factory first before final approval.
Other electrical components are covered separately in the warranty (see other sections).
Five Year Warranty on Electrical and Controls: Radiant Health or its authorized representative will provide parts to replace manufacturing or workmanship defects for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. Electrical includes all cords, internal wiring, digital control system and related electrical wiring. This does not include the stereo system or speakers.
One Year Stereo/Speaker Warranty: Radiant Health or its authorized representative will provide parts to replace manufacturing or workmanship defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Limited Lifetime Infrared Sauna Enclosure’s Wood Components Warranty: Radiant Health will provide parts to replace those with manufacturing or workmanship defects for the lifetime of the product. Since the wood used in saunas has been kiln dried, a certain amount of expansion and contraction occurs in the wood in a sauna environment. This may result in minor cracks, which is considered normal and not covered under any warranty.
Warranty Labor: For residential installation in the United States and Canada, Radiant Health will provide reasonable pre-approved onsite labor to replace defective parts for a period of two years from the date of purchase. After 2 years, labor will be covered for factory performed repairs only. All warranty labor must be pre-approved with a Work Authorization Number provided by Radiant Health prior to work being performed. Only authorized Radiant Health representatives may perform the work. Any charges for parts or labor incurred before receiving approval by Radiant Health shall not apply.
Return Procedure and Authorization Number: A returned goods authorization number (RGA#) supplied by a Radiant Health representative must accompany all returned items. Items returned without an RGA# will not be repaired or replaced. In the event of a malfunction or defect covered under the terms of this warranty, contact Radiant Health by calling 1-888-291-6544. Warranty covers the cost of all replacement parts. All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Commercial Application: The above conditions also apply for commercial use, except the following time periods will be employed:
- Ten Year Warranty on Carbon Flow Emitters.
- Five Year Warranty on Electrical and Controls.
- One Year Warranty on Stereo/Speaker.
- One Year Warranty on Wood Components.
Warranty Disclaimers: This warranty is void if alterations have been made in the physical construction of the product. Alterations include but are not limited to: changing any electrical component, any electrical conversions, adding additional time or temperature devices, or using these products with non Radiant Health components.
Radiant Health shall not be liable for loss of use of the Radiant Health sauna or other incidental or consequential costs, expenses or damages. Any implied warranty shall have duration equal to the duration of the applicable warranty stated above. Under no circumstances shall Radiant Health or any of its representatives be held liable for injury to any person or damage to any property, however it might arise.
Warranty is not transferable between parties and only applies to the original purchaser of the product and proof of original purchase must be provided.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
