Getting Ready for Use

Before you dive into your first session, we recommend wiping down the inside walls with a damp cloth to remove any fine wood dust that may have settled during shipping.

For optimal use, keep the vent closed unless the temperature feels too warm. 

Sauna Care 

To keep your sauna in great condition, sit on a thick towel and place a towel or a 100% cotton mat on the floor to protect the wood from stains. For the best experience, bring a small towel into the sauna to wipe away perspiration.

Feel free to clean it once a month with a light, unscented natural dish soap and water spray. 

Temperature

The ideal range for far infrared therapy is between 120° F and 149° F (50 C and 65 C). Whether you prefer a gentle warmth or a more intense session, you're still in the optimal zone. Most sessions last around 30 minutes, though you can adjust based on your personal preference.

It's important to make sure the room where your sauna is located stays at or above 68°F (20 C) during your sauna session.

Stay hydrated and replenish your electrolytes before, during, and after your sauna session.

Music System 

Our ultra low EMF saunas are equipped with a music system that uses hard wired USB and auxiliary port for compatibility with iPads and mobile phones. There are several cables and adapters which you can purchase separately to allow you to play your own music to enhance your sauna experience.
