Starting in 1997, Randy — a firefighter in Vancouver, Canada — discovered the profound benefits of far-infrared saunas for his own recovery. Recognizing their potential, he set out to make them accessible to his fellow firefighters, pioneering the introduction of far-infrared saunas to the market.

“I became very passionate about far-infrared saunas because they were so beneficial for me. I was a firefighter and had a bit of a health problem. I was given the label of fibromyalgia but I actually had a toxin exposure issue. I have designed and sold far-infrared saunas since 1997 to a wide diversity of people for home and professional use.
