RETURN POLICY

Shipping & Delivery

Every effort is made to ensure a smooth delivery process, but in rare instances, damage may occur during transit. In such cases, Radiant Health will work promptly to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement (in whole or of damaged components) or repair.

Visible Loss or Damage

If any loss or damage is visible upon delivery, it should be documented on the delivery receipt and acknowledged by the carrier’s driver.

Concealed Loss or Damage

Damage that is not immediately visible upon delivery is considered concealed loss or damage. Handling during transit can sometimes impact contents without affecting the packaging. If this occurs, Radiant Health should be contacted immediately for guidance. To process a claim, all original packaging must be retained. Saunas should be inspected within five (5) business days of delivery.

If the driver is unable to wait while boxes are inspected, the delivery receipt should be marked as “Possible Concealed Damage.”

Receiving a Shipment

Shipments may include multiple boxes secured on a single pallet, which may need to be separated for unloading. The delivery driver will assist in moving the sauna off the truck to your curb.

To ensure a smooth receiving process:

  • Inspect all boxes for visible signs of damage, such as dents, scratches, or punctures, and note any concerns on the bill of lading.
  • If damage is suspected, boxes may need to be opened while the driver is present. If the driver cannot wait, mark the delivery receipt with “Possible Concealed Damage” and inspect the contents as soon as possible, no later than five (5) business days after delivery.

Refusing a Shipment & Freight Carrier Fees

If a shipment arrives with significant damage that renders the sauna unusable, refusing part or all of the order may be necessary. Before refusing a shipment, contact Radiant Health at 1-888-291-6544 for further assistance.

Any additional fees imposed by the freight carrier, such as redelivery or storage fees due to scheduling issues, are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise specified in the order. If additional services are requested from the freight carrier and billed to Radiant Health, these charges will be applied to the original payment method.

Returns & Exchanges

Radiant Health saunas can be returned or exchanged within thirty (30) days of delivery, provided they remain in their original, unopened packaging. Once opened, saunas are not eligible for return or exchange.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

To begin the return or exchange process, contact Radiant Health at 1-888-291-6544 for return authorization. A pickup will be scheduled accordingly.

Cancelling an Order

If the sauna has not yet shipped, cancellation may be requested by calling 1-888-291-6544.

Applicable Fees for Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations may be subject to one or more of the following fees:

  • Administrative fee of 5%
  • Storage fees associated with re-routing the sauna
  • Restocking fees of up to $500
  • Return shipping fees to the warehouse
  • Shipping fees associated with exchanges

Radiant Health reserves the right to decline a return, exchange, or cancellation request.

Once a returned sauna has been received, inspected, and restocked, a refund will be processed to the original form of payment.
