How to use it:

Using the Shine 5 Core is simple:

  • For workout recovery or sore muscles: Position the light 6–24 inches away from sore muscles or joints. Use near-infrared settings for 15–20 minutes.
  • To boost skin radiance: Use your light after cleansing for 10 minutes to prep skin for serums or boost natural collagen.
  • As a pre-sleep ritual: Try the preset “sleep” or “mood” modes in the evening to get into relaxation mode.
  • For those low-movement days: Use the red light therapy for 10 minutes to improve circulation in limbs while working, whether you’re standing or sitting.
  • For general wellness: Many integrate 10–20 minute sessions into their daily routine, often noticing results in 3–6 weeks of consistent use.

    I am beyond impressed by this red light panel! It was so easy to assemble, and I love the wheels and remote that it comes with. I've only had it four days and have used it every day, slightly increasing my time each day. You can tell that it is extremely high quality and definitely clinical grade. I like the different settings you can use, I switch between skin care and mood relaxation. I can't say enough about how amazing this product is. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for the highest quality at-home red and near infrared light.
