    Like using the Red Light bt itself instead of in the Sauna.

    This is a critical purchase especially if you like to relax in the sauna and completely immerse yourself in the relaxing heat. Although I do use the Panel in the sauna if in a time crunch, I enjoy using the panel and its holder for 10 mins to start and 10 mins to end the day. The light feels amazing in the air conditioning.
