- Placement: Most users set the panel beside them on the sauna bench for comfort and optimal light penetration.
- Muscle & joint recovery: Sit 6–12 inches from the panel and use both red- and near-infrared light for 15–20 minutes.
- Skin rejuvenation: Use red light or both red and near-infrared light 6-12 from your body for 10–15 minutes, several times per week.

Shine 2 Sauna Red Light has a standard power cord and plugs into a standard household outlet. Pause saunas have a path for that cord to follow, it runs through a notch in the bench skirt and out the back wall through an accessory port.
When paired with far-infrared heat, red and near-infrared light amplifies detox, recovery, and circulation. You get multiple therapies in the same session without adding extra time.
For best results, sit 6–12 inches away. Position yourself so the target area (skin, muscles, or joints) is directly exposed to the light.
