Really a superb purchase!
In my research for an infrared sauna I became so confused with all the options and features. However, I got lucky and chose one of the leading brands in Radiant Health and I can state how true it is that you get what you pay for. Helping me make my decision was Matt Justice of Certified Saunas who I stumbled on in a YouTube search. While he has reviewed over 40 models he is consistent in his praise for Radiant Health being at the top for infrared saunas. Trusting my research and his videos I placed my order. I received the 2.5 Pause model within five days of ordering. I am lucky in that I have the newest version with cool new features yet with all of the features from last year. My experience with Davis was great and two calls with questions since using have been handled well. If you want quality construction, really solid shipping package, ease of use in assembling, all parts there and working, and a fine product, then Radiant Health is your brand. No. All functions work without the app. The app is optional and provides all pre-heating, heating, timing functions as the control panel outside.
Far-infrared heat begins working as soon as the sauna turns on, before the air temperature warms up. The sauna can be set as high as 149 degrees Fahrenheit. Many users prefer temperatures between 120 and 140 degrees. Warm-up usually takes 15 to 30 minutes depending on room temperature.
They are identical in design, features, and materials. The only difference is the Celsius vs. Fahrenheit on your control panel and optional mobile app.
Yes. All Pause saunas include a product warranty. Pause saunas are backed by a lifetime warranty on carbon infrared heaters for residential use, a 5-year warranty on electrical and control components, and a limited lifetime warranty on the solid wood structure.
