    Can't say enough good things about the sauna. After a personal call with the rep, the sauna arrived 10 days later. No damage. My son and I installed it with ease. It works like a charm. I give it 5 stars. Only recommendation is to label the back wall. It is very similar in size to the left side. Otherwise, installation was a breeze. I would recommend reviewing the video prior to assembly
